Spaces available to UW-Green Bay community members (students, staff and faculty) and student organizations, and community members (businesses, non-profits, private events):
  • Indoor Event Space
    • University Union & Academic Spaces
    • Great for events, meetings, presentations, and study rooms.
  • Esports Lounge
    • Located in the lower level of the University Union
    • Good for small group video gaming activities
  • Booth
    • University Union tables that can be used for sharing information, fundraising, and event promotion
  • Outdoor Event Space
    • Includes the Student Services Rooftop Plaza, Phoenix Park + Fire Pit, Bell Tower Terrace and Campus Quad
  • Shorewood Center
    • Indoor & outdoor option
    • Best for small, casual events with a maximum seating capacity of 12
    • Technology and support is limited at this time

Spaces available to UW-Green Bay community members and student organizations
  • Display Case
    • The display case is located outside of Phoenix Room B and is reservable for eight days at a time (ie. Monday-Monday)
  • Banner Space (University Union)
    • Up to three spaces may be reserved at a time, for up to eight days
    • Banners can be up to 4x6' (48x72")
