Welcome to the Rising Phoenix program application for the Class of 2027! The priority application deadline for new applicants (FROM APPROVED DISTRICTS) is April 16, 2025.

*** If you begin the application, but do not submit it at that time, your application information will be saved due to the browser cookies. There is no save button. As long as you re-enter the application through the same link/browser, your information will be saved. 

Before you begin, it is important to note 2 important requirements:
  1. This application requires parent/guardian information and e-signatures. Your responses will be saved if you exit the application, so they may sign at a later time OR just make sure they are nearby as you are working your way through the application.
     
  2. As part of the application, an essay is required. Your essay must be uploaded to this application as a PDF. We recommend preparing your essay before completing the application. Please address all 3 of the following prompts within your essay (1.5-2 pages in length, double spaced). These questions can be found on the main Rising Phoenix webpage at: https://www.uwgb.edu/rising-phoenix, as well as under "Application Steps" on your individual school's UWGB Rising Phoenix webpage.
