2022 UW-System Sustainability Retreat REGISTRATION

WHAT: UW-System Sustainability Retreat (aka our "Annual Meeting")

WHO: UW-System Staff, Faculty, Students, and External Partners who support sustainability efforts at University of Wisconsin campuses.

WHY: Facilitate collaboration and resource/idea/knowledge/skill sharing between campuses, develop strategic goals for UW-System level change. Also cultivate connections, support, and renewal among UW sustainability professionals and student leaders.

WHEN: Thursday Nov 10, 2022 from 8:30am to 4:30pm (plus optional happy hour/networking dinner at 6pm, cost not included in registration)
+ Friday, Nov 11, 2022 from 8:30am to 2:30pm

WHERE: UW-Green Bay (2420 Nicolet Dr, Green Bay, WI 54311), University Union, Phoenix Room C

HOW: Register below by or before November 3rd.

FEES:
● $60 for all faculty / staff / professionals (or $30/day)
● $40 for all UW System Students (or $20/day)
● UPDATE: $5 for all virtual attendees (only available for trainings on Friday, 9am-12pm)
● Networking dinner is not included in the cost
● You're responsible for your own lodging and transportation

Both hotels are usually willing to give the state rate. However, there is a Packer game in town over the weekend which may increase rates and limit availability.

PARKING ON CAMPUS / CAMPUS DIRECTIONS:
We will send a campus map and parking instructions, along with GB transit options ahead of the retreat.

How will you pay for the retreat? Fees cover room reservation, equipment rentals, and event meals. $60 for faculty / staff / professionals ($30 per day). $40 for students ($20 per day). $10 for virtual attendees ($5 per day)

Will you bring your own nametag? It can be an official nametag or one reused from another event.
