University Ticketing Services (UTS) can provide ticketing for University-sponsored events on and off the UW-Green Bay campus. All ticket sales are processed through Paciolan ticketing software with the support of Ticket Star.

The following form is to be used for event set-up of University sponsored or affiliated events and trips. (A different fee structure applies to University sponsored concerts and events at the Weidner Center, University Theatre and Kress Events Center. Please use the University Ticketing Services Event Ticketing Setup Form for event setup and ticketing rates for large events in these venues).

Fees & Charges

There is a $25 set-up fee charged for a single ticketed event to be built and maintained in the ticket software.
There is a $50 set-up fee charged for a series of ticketed events to be built and maintained in the ticket software.
- An additional $25 set-up fee will be charged for ticketed events added after the initial series event build is complete.
There are no per ticket or per order fees charged to the customer for University-sponsored events on and off the UW-Green Bay campus when sold through University Ticketing & Information Center (UTIC) in the University Union.

There is an option to sell tickets online through www.ticketstaronline.com (via desktop or mobile ordering). Additional service charges will apply and will be retained by Ticket Star.

Phone and Internet orders are charged at minimum $2.00 per ticket or 10% of the base ticket price (whichever is greater).
A per order handling fee of $3.25 is assessed on online ticket orders processed by Ticket Star.

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Resch Center Gift Cards, and UW-Green Bay Gift Cards are accepted as payment for mail, phone, internet, mobile and window orders. Cash, Checks and Pass Points are also accepted at the UTIC.

A 3.0% credit card transaction fee paid on all credit card orders is charged by Ticket Star and will be deducted at event settlement.

Ticket Star deducts 5% Wisconsin Sales Tax and .5% Brown County Sales Tax and remits the total to the appropriate taxing authority. This amount will be deducted at event settlement.

Event set-up information using the following form must be submitted no later than 1 week prior to the requested on-sale date.
