Your perspective matters. The Leadership Horizons Survey, sponsored by the Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, is your opportunity to help us uncover findings and create actionable steps to empower leaders and transform organizations/communities. 

INFORMED CONSENT POLICY:

Purpose: This study explores leadership and career development in the workplace. 
Procedures: You’ll complete an anonymous survey (only 12-15 minutes) covering your career, workplace experiences, and leadership opportunities. 
Benefits: Your input will contribute to valuable leadership research that impacts organizations. 
Minimal Risks: Nothing beyond filling out an anonymous survey about your work experience. 
Safeguards: Your responses are anonymous, confidential, and stored securely. Participation is voluntary. This project has been reviewed by the Institutional Review Board at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, which ensures that research projects involving human participants follow federal regulations.
