This form will be used to request space.  Requests will be handled in the order they are received.  Each club/organization is only allowed to request up to 6 hours per week.   After all request have been handled we will allow clubs/orgs to ask for additional time (if there is time available).  Once your request has been handled a reservation email will be sent to you confirming the time and space reserved.  Each group will be allowed up to one reservation per week in the arena as long as the space is available and it meets the needs of the group.  Summer and Fall reservations are currently available and run through December 20th.
