One letter of reference is required.  Your reference should be someone who can offer an independent and objective assessment, preferably someone from your professional, community or educational life with whom you have worked or interacted.  Family members, friends and your academic advisor should be excluded.


This letter must include the following information:

1.       What is the relationship between you and the applicant?

2.       What can you tell us about the applicant’s educational and life goals?

3.       What is your opinion regarding the applicant’s likelihood of academic success?
