Commencement Volunteer Sign-Up Form

Thank you for signing up to volunteer at Commencement! We very much appreciate you volunteering your time to help make this day special for our graduating students and their families.

The Spring/Summer 2025 Commencement Ceremonies will be held on Saturday, May 17th. Individuals are needed for approximately 3-4 hours (with ranges from 7:00am-4:30pm). Please sign up below, and we will be in touch with details soon.

- Volunteers needed for setup and takedown times are limited and intended for those who cannot volunteer at Commencement.

- ONLY individuals who volunteer at both Commencement ceremonies will be given lunch.

9:00 am - 12:00 pm Set Up in the Kress on Friday, May 16th
2:00 pm Ceremony on Saturday, May 17th
3:30 pm - 5:30 pm Take Down Kress on Saturday, May 17th
