Rising Phoenix for Oneida Nation students is an innovative early college program designed to help students access college coursework and complete their high school graduation requirements and AAS degree requirements concurrently. By combining dual enrollment opportunities available at their high school with online classes or courses at one of UW-Green Bay’s campuses, students can simultaneously fulfill high school graduation requirements and work toward earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree.  There is no cost to the student for this program.
