Thank you for taking this survey, which is part of the "Taking Student Success to Scale" grant which the UW System received from the National Association of System Heads (NASH) to make high-quality, high-impact educational practices (HIPs) available to underrepresented minority, low-income, and first-generation students across campuses.

The UW-Green Bay team has chosen to focus on community-based learning and undergraduate research, scholarship and creative activity, and our plan includes support and instructional development for six departments/areas who wish to improve access to and impact of HIPs in their curricula or co-curricular programming. The entire survey should take you approximately 10 minutes to complete.

If you are interested in applying to be one of the six programs/areas chosen to participate in grant-activities, you will have the option of indicating this at the end of the survey, and your answers in general will be used to select a set of invited programs. We seek a cohort of programs/areas that includes some who have extensively worked in HIPs and others who are starting out, with opportunities to expand HIPs in a variety of modalities, colleges and co-curricular programs.
I am a(n) (more than one choice can be selected.)
The next set of questions concern Undergraduate Research, Scholarship and Creative Activity (URSCA).

Please choose the answer that best represents your perspective on this high-impact practice.
Approximately what percentage of students in your program/area engage in undergraduate research, scholarship and creative activity (URSCA)? (As defined by the Committee on Undergraduate Research, "Undergraduate 'research' is an endeavor that complements and enhances the teaching and scholarship efforts of faculty. It is an active collaboration with students to examine, discover or create knowledge or works using methods commensurate with the practices of their discipline.")
